From the pit to the final line
Curtain Bounce produces theatre and cabaret for the Central Coast. In 2025 it staged A Chorus Line, the musical of seventeen dancers at one Broadway audition, in a 396-seat theatre ten minutes from where we are based.
We photographed the production from rehearsal through to performance, from the house, the wings and the orchestra pit, where the harpist played under purple light. The set runs from the director watching the line in haze to the solos, the leaps, the top-hat number and the finale in gold.
