The Next Generation: Strength, Vision, Legacy
Our NAIDOC Week exhibition paired two portrait series, the Pilbara Portrait Series and The Shaede Project. The portraits faced each other from opposite walls, and visitors stood between them, barefoot in red desert sand.

Invasion Day
The march organised by the Blak Caucus with guidance from Gadigal Elders, from Belmore Park through the city to Yabun at Victoria Park, on Gadigal Country. We photograph the march every year.

March for Humanity
Organised by the Palestine Action Group, the march set off from Lang Park in heavy rain and closed the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The crowd was far larger than police had planned for, so the march was stopped on the bridge and turned back into the city for safety. We photographed it from inside the crowd.

From Hyde Park
Three weeks after the bridge, another march for Palestine set off from Hyde Park, again in the rain. Combined Aboriginal and Palestinian flags moved through the crowd.
