Wyong Hospital needed a library of images it could use across internal communications, marketing and recruitment, with real staff in real wards.
We spent the shoot moving between the emergency department, the wards and the gardens: nurses at work with patients, a patient taken out into the sun by staff, and portraits of the people who keep the place running. The brief was the modern building and the human care inside it, and we kept the camera on the care.
